Weekly weigh-in #2

Last week was interesting…I felt that during the week, I did really well. I exercised three days, which wasn’t my original goal, but it was better than nothing. I stayed within my points all the way up until Friday. That was when I fell off the wagon. The fast food and sweet treats were just calling my name, and I couldn’t seem to resist. So needless to say, I gave in and went well over my points and yet…..

Last week’s weight: 231.4

This week’s weight: 230.4

 

I still managed to lose a pound, which was pretty surprising. I mean, I knew that I did well during the week, but yesterday was baaaaad. I had so much junk and crap, that I was sure I ruined my week, but I guess not! So now it’s back to being focused for me. No more messing around. I’m getting lucky losing any weight at all, and I can’t take advantage of that, so wish me luck for another week on this journey!! 🙂
