1st weekly weigh-in

Today’s weight:  231.4

 

I’m happy with this for a few reasons, but mainly because I really tried hard. There were a few days that I didn’t follow the plan exactly, but I feel like these two pounds were hard earned. I know that I could’ve done better, and definitely could have incorporated more exercise…which is my goal for this week. So all in all, I’m happy. I mean, I lost those two pounds without even working out, and not even following the plan exactly. Can you imagine how many I could lose if I did it right?? So wish me luck, another week has started! 🙂
